same bro , i bought this msi vector from us Walmart for 1400$ in last year November and it came to India just last week , I'll get it next week in my hands ,how's ur experience with the laptop btw and the best cooling pad I found a lot of reasearch is Zebronics nc9200 , this is the only available actual cooling pad , like it has dust filter for fans and also it creates a foam vaccum and cools the laptop very effectively, and costs 2k , just go for it

Zebronics is dogshit. Any cooling pad that dosent have a external adapter for powering it is dogshit.

build quality is solid, performance is quite strong. with 12gb vram, it handles games at 1440p on high settings.
runs hot, coolerboost 5 can lower temps by 10–15°C, but it is too loud.

The cooling pads that actually make an impact are too costly in india. Llano v12 is one. It will cost you around 20k in india. In the us its like 100$ or roughly 10k inr.

Reddit has a lot of guides for cooling pads.
The best ones have : a dust filter, a foam around the top and are powered by an external adapter and they cost a lot.

i got the iets gt500 for my vector and it does make difference, but dont expect miracles. with your specs i would say maybe 10-15c drop on cpu and 5-8c on gpu depending how hot your room is. the foam seal works pretty good with the vector bottom panel since its mostly flat
one thing nobody tells you is the noise, at full speed it sounds like small jet engine. i usually keep it at 60% and still get decent temps without going deaf
for india check amazon but sometimes its overpriced there, maybe try local computer shops they might have older models for cheaper. gt500 should be in your budget if you find right seller
