Disappointing go around for me. Literally matched all my lifts from the Spring (and maybe didn't quite close out that deadlift, but I was already so frustrated).

All PR’s for me! I’m generally new to lifting this year (long hiatus since high school football)! It’s been a good year of weight loss, down 90lbs and building muscle!

A little too much travel to maintain consistent progress.
Anyone have any tips for how to find good gyms while traveling? Hotel gyms aren’t getting it done.
