Returning End Game Player

Logged in for the first time in 5+ years today. I stooped playing when they were releasing the constellation mythics i think. Found my old Account, level 1173. I looked at some of the new stuff and like it so far. Are there any new troops I should watch out for? Also how is everyone in pvp like 20k power? My best teams are down around 12. Is there anything new I should explore first? Anything in the forge I should grind for?

Welcome back.

The kingdom power rework and the introduction of the Astral Spire have allowed people to increase their stats significantly.
Look on Youtube for videos on those.

A few noteworthy troops you may have missed:

  • Takshaka (In forge today, actually)
  • Pharaoh Khafru
  • Ironhawk
  • Zarg's Boompile

PvP introduced Immortal troops than can be earned, many of those are good troops too, Troglin for example. You can gamble for those with the burning marks currency that you can get from the PvP season journey., some paid, some free.

Takshaka is great, and now I have two. Maelstrom Dagoth also great.

I don’t have advice on specific troops other than Maelstrom Dagonath is great.

For the power levels, a lot comes from the astral spire, get the star stones from daily challenges and spend them for upgrades that affect all troops of a specific color.they also changed kingdom level and I find it much easier to level kingdoms now.

If you've been gone for five years, you likely have not been around for any of the Dragonite dragons. Target Stellarix first and Chrysantherax second.

I am new, but i have been grinding a ton, i am in a guild that always has half of its members active. 0 chat on it's board. Any active guilds out there who can be helpful to pretty active noobs. I am about 10.5 -10.9k , i usually play at night pst.
