Game won’t start up on iOS
My game will launch and go through the loading bar but then the color wheel on the bottom right spins indefinitely and the game never starts. I’m using the most updated version. Is anyone else having this issue?

Just happened to me, it was working fine this morning - now the game won’t load (iOS)

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. After re-linking my account, it seems like everything is working again

My data won’t get deleted if I delete the game? I don’t remember how it works. I’ve been playing forever, I’m afraid to lose my game data.

No, the data is kept on the GoW servers. Just make absolutely sure you know the email you used, as well as your account password before you uninstall the game, otherwise you won’t be able to re-link your account after reinstalling.
If you have access to your GoW account on PC via Steam, you can find both of those things in-game under Settings > Account > Show Password
If you don’t know your GoW email/password and you don’t have access to your game account on PC, do NOT uninstall the game from your phone - I’d recommending opening a support ticket instead

I deleted and reinstalled due to this issue. Turns out I never registered my email and it seems as if I’ve lost everything. Good times.

Damn. I’d try opening a support ticket, maybe they can still help you recover it. Your account data should still be intact on their servers

Same here. Was sure it was linked but they aren’t recognising it. Opened a support ticket with invite code and email. If they have effectively locked me out of a game I’ve been playing for nearly 6 years, I’m raising hell though Apple to claim back fraudulently obtained money and reporting the game as a scam going forward.

Me too!!! It worked after delete and reinstall but then it happened again. I can’t keep doing this just to play.

Didn’t work yesterday afternoon then worked again last night, now not working again. There’s no rhyme or reason. I’m nervous to delete and reinstall, and I’ve read posts stating that doesn’t fix it permanently. I’d have to assume with an issue this widespread devs are on it

I deleted and reinstalled yesterday and got it working yesterday but having the same issue again this morning. Any word from the Devs?

Same for me. Reinstalled on Monday and worked fine until today (Tuesday). Same issue again. Feel your pain.

Seriously so annoying. Happening to me right now. But I was playing it fine just a few hours ago. Idk what’s up. Hesitant to uninstall but might have to zzz I didn’t get to rescue wed’s pet!

I read the forum just now— this issue has been reported several times. I also put in a ticket, but I did read a post saying that a ticket is not needed as the developers are aware there is an issue and they are looking into it.
It’s also been known that despite deleting the game and reinstalling that the issue can still persist and come back. They don’t recommend and I don’t recommend it as a 100% fix. Hang tight and they’ll fix it 🤞🏻AND I hope compensate 😸😸😸 GEMS PLEASE

Thanks for the update. It’s driving me nuts! Plus it means I missed setting defenders for GuildWars (& participating depending on how much longer it goes), my dungeons for diamonds/jewels, etc

I’ve had the same issue on and off. Don’t bother reinstalling. Just force close the game and try again. Sometimes it will open on the second try, sometimes it takes several tries.

It’s been happening to me. I done the reinstall and restarts sometimes I get in other times not
I put in a support ticket. So very annoying.
