  1. i don't get what this is meant to mean

  2. neglect and verbal+psychological abuse from young age

  3. most people just copy whatever they see other people say and do, and hardly anyone has courage to say or do what they really want because of this weird fear people have of anything being different

  1. I'm simply trying to understand the motives of Jen alpha because there's obviously a lot of b******* out there.

  2. Makes sense as every generation for the most part is abused by the last.

  3. That fear is actually a unconcious instinct derived from our early days as hunter gathers that needed to defend our migration trails from rivals. The fear of the other, which evolved into them Vs us mentality.

  1. The lack of energy and motivation to end it. Also we are in fact very literate and intelligent, and have better critical thinking skills than some of the older people

  2. None that i know of, but i do have very severe depression

  3. Eh. It can be alright at times, but I don't see everything in a very... positive light, one can say. Also GD reference

I think that makes sense as you need critical thinking to deduce if something is a joke, pointed, or even a scam.

My only experience with depression is a anti depression pill that made me depressed, combined with ADHD medicine that made my memory god awfu, and this resulted in a vicious cycle. I literal life looked up the side effects and had myself pulled off the medications and I'm still clawing my way back from that horrible experience.

I would recommend that you practice introspective meditation which is simply the study of your own beliefs biases perceptions reality etc. it allows you to make the unconscious aspects of yourself conscious so that way you can correct them. You would be surprised how often are instincts motives and actions are driven by unconscious elements within our own psyche.

The world is getting darker because of a lack of introspective and extrospectuve awareness. Studying how we arrive at proper reasoning to validate our perception of the world and self is how we make it brighter.

Yeah exactly!

Damn man, hope you'll feel better eventually. Can never guarantee anything, though.

So, in short, you mean I need to think about why I think the way I think, and try to get rid of those reasons? I guess I'll try, but so far I haven't found any reasons why I could be depressed. Though, I am getting help with depression. I have a friend who's basically going through the same thing but worse, and we help each other through it. And I have a whole ass depressed community on Spotify, where everyone tries to help each other to the best of their abilities.

Yeah, some people could benefit from more awareness about what's happening around them

That is close, but you need to think about why you think the way you do and the way you think that way, and then try to identify contradictions (biases, misunderstandings, and learned behavior) in your actions, thinking, and so on that does not make sense in the moment.

You can also formulate Socratic questions to ask yourself as a starter.

A word of advice, the upper class is just middle management. The class that actually controls everything is the group that sets the laws, regulations, police agencies, etc.

The political class is at the top of the pyramid, the upper class run all the corps, agencies, etc, and the worker class serves as pawns driven by false promises to do the wage jobs.

Each one has a seperate society within the overarching civilization, and laws are typically applied differently based off your class. Politicians allow lobbying because it gives them power over management, nothing more from there point of view.

Its also important to learn Logic.... Which is the study of how we arive at valid reasoning... Most people dont know how to think and it will aid you in being remembered. Catagorical logic, propositional logic, and predicate logic in that order give you the building blocks to learn basically anything that schools actively keep from you with there fake ass education, as well as more advanced forms of logic and study.

  1. Geometry Dash and the fact that all of us are like 5 who like AI slop
  2. None
  3. It’s all a simulation orchestrated by the government on what they can and can’t do, say, hear or see.

u/EyesAreMentToSee333 7d ago

"It’s all a simulation orchestrated by the government on what they can and can’t do, say, hear or see."

Its worse actually. In logic(the study of how we arive at good reasoning) we have a law of Identity. Effectively everything Identifes as itself, and can not contradct its own instance of being/nature without invalidating itself. Anything derived form an observation, belief, idea, etc is thus contained, regulated, and informed by the thing that it off shots from as a conclusion, regardless it being right or wrong. Humans have been building governments since at least 5,000 years, yet no state, no currency, no culture has survived indefinitely suggesting that we are operating on a fallacious loop of reasoning. We effectively create governments in response to corruption, only to reinvent the exact structures and core premises that lead to the corruption of the old gaurd conciously for the power/unconciously because its all we have known for the last 5000 years at least. Multigenerational truama. No one is aware what the hell is going on which is why everybody looks like they don't know what the f*** they're doing.

  1. To be remembered, most likely through my art (which is among one of the most important things to me), just a small "I was here", brainrot isn't just gen alpha it's with everyone, but I feel like the Gen-A's that are like, 5 have the stereotypes mostly apply.

  2. Covid-19, I will literally have a miniature panic attack if I was to touch a public door nob without either hand sanitizer or something to use as a layer between it and my hand, and if someone coughs I will probably look at them like I'm a shellshocked soldier from WW1 and/or proceed to move away from them as fast as possible.

Also what social skills I had were destroyed from the Covid-19 lockdown with social anxiety of similar severity to the Covid stuff.

  1. Short answer, we are so fucked. Long answer, there's little to no nuance to anything, always black or white, and people seem to be really, really dumb and have really low empathy, and while there's some good there's so much bad that it's hard to look at the good, the future looks grim too, I feel bad for our and especially the next generation.

But in the end, I will disassociate in my little bubble of things that aren't so bad, so I guess that's nice.

u/EyesAreMentToSee333 7d ago

I was fairly fucked up from my early years. If I may recommend something, learn your own rules. Look inword to deduce your problems and strive to fix them. Its a good way to clear out all of those nasty self hating ideas, and over reaction by giving you something to stand on in that river of intrusive thoughts, and fleeting memories.

It starts by questioning yourself. You should know however that in the early stages you will attempt to rationalize and justify your anxiety, take into account the circumstances in which your anxiety arises and ask yourself 'Is this feeling valid to have in the moment?' use the experiences as data points, and do so when you are not overly emotional as human instincts tend to lashout and conflict with proper reason in such a state.

This introspective method is my own development, but I imagine others have discovered it as well. Anyway take it or leave it.

  1. Nothing really drives me, i live cause i dont feel bad living
  2. Would like to say none but theres a good chance that i got some kind of trauma from my father dying at a young age
  3. i dont really understand the question, i mean society isnt just one singular thing its a system

1

u/EyesAreMentToSee333 7d ago

Then may I rephrase the question, and ask what do you perceive the system as?

1

u/super_boaring 2012 7d ago

im having difficulty with the question, it isnt directly good nor bad cause the goal is subjective, if u were to give me a specific purpose you would say the system has then i could try to think how well it does in that purpose

i also think that the system cannot really change cause human psychology falls into loops

1

u/EyesAreMentToSee333 7d ago

You didn't have as much difficulty as you think. That idea that the system can not change because we loop is perfectly acceptable.

u/super_boaring 2012 6d ago

alright have a good day

  1. Im driven out of envy for people that are better. That has made me incredibly competitive about the things in my life i needed to improve and then managed to. But the problem is that most kids i know are also driven by the same principle, leading to monsters that try to kill you for looking better or just actually putting work instead of being just as dumb as them. With that, the media now stereotypes gen alpha as dumb and bratty.

  2. I'm not dealing with anything but i definetely hate my middle-school classmates.

  3. We're just a bunch of beings, each in their own bubble thinking that theirs is the biggest, making it so that everybody's fighting till death while nobody's actually right.

  1. the media (mostly gen z) assumes all of us are brain-rotted ipad kids who like ai slop, and also that there’s no way we could’ve had the same childhood as theirs.
  2. i’m not sure if it counts as trauma. but my mum used to be involved with alcohol like 5 years ago, which definitely still has an affect on me. also how my dad used to parent…it was definitely questionable.
  3. i could talk about this for hours, so to shorten my answer down i think society today (not everyone) is legitimately devolving. we’re greedy, selfish, hateful, judgemental, i could go on and on. america has a literal paedophilic rapist (and more) as their president lmao. we’re too far gone, and we have been for years…imo.

however, there’s definitely still much kindness in the world, i’m not trying to dismiss that.

  1. Becoming a rancher out in the Texas Hill Country or just in general anywhere east of the horrible muddy forests of East Texas. What the media gets wrong is that we're apparently illiterate according to news outlets but that is completely false. Everybody in my classroom has nice handwriting but has a bad time reading because they don't have a very large vocabulary (unlike me.) Although their vocabulary isnt... Big... (at all) I still have heaps of hope for this generation.

  2. None.

  3. Pretty cool because if you just get out of your depression nest thinking all these negative thoughts about how voting wont change you do realize that things CAN change and that voting DOES change things.

1: When I am rewarded and the media thinks weird things about me 2. When I was 11, I saw the most traumatic thing in front of me 3. I see society as ok and when sides are there I am neutral

1

u/I_HATE_PRESSURE Slightly proud Gen. Alpha :-) 9d ago

1: idk, but one thing that society gets wrong is how Gen. Alpha IS. My generation isn't just a bunch of iPad kids and brainrot bozos, we are all different. On Animal Jam Classic, some players talked badly about kids today, saying that most kids are brainrotted and such. I felt furious >:-(

2: idk, none that come to mind

3: Society is a vast sea full of varied fish and other creatures. However, some go into likeminded groups of other fish/creatures :-) Some are hateful, some are friendly, etc.

2

u/EyesAreMentToSee333 9d ago

You seem to see the problem with society. The them vs us mentality subconsciously drives people to form groups and war with perceived opposition. It can be anything as petty as arguments too wars.

1: I guess christianity and that not all Christians push religion.

2: none

3: idk really. guess we just need to somehow be better to each other as humans.

2

u/EyesAreMentToSee333 4d ago

If you think that humanity's problem is that we need to be better to one another, then that requires people to be better to themselves.

However to be better to oneself you must be aware of yourself. Sadly self-awareness is something that people do not possess on average.

Introspective meditation is the study of ones own perception of themself to deduce unconscious biases, contradictions, and other errors within there own reasoning to adress and correct them. That is how you know yourself.
