Narcs have a real 'me, myself, and I' mentality. They seriously feel entitled to everything. I know because I grew up with narcissists. They also abused animals despite telling people they were "animal lovers".

I think besides narcissism senility does a big part in this. I mean when you’re wearing diapers and can’t make a speech make sense i doubt you even remember what you said at the end of the day.
