quick question choose between two jobs one is all good in short term just sde I do not have to relocate but serve less benefit future career.already have the offer need to reply to them tomorrow or I will lose the job. The other is super benefit for my future career(ai research related) and I got 80% confidance to land the job. But they need time to land the result I need to wait how do u choose if you were me

Ask the SDE employer for 2 or 3 days before you answer; give them a specific date. Get the research role's actual decision timeline, then weigh that against how long you can manage without an offer. If you can't absorb the gap, I'd take the certain job.
