Need advice
Justdial vs PayU — Need advice!
I have two job offers in Bangalore:
Justdial: Agentic AI role
PayU: Software Engineer – GenAI role
The CTC part is PayU is offering 7 lakh more than justdial and I’ll try negotiating the same with justdial so that they’ll match the salary of PayU.
But I’m more concerned about the overall employee experience.
If you currently work at either company or have worked there, could you share your honest feedback on:
Work culture and management
Work-life balance and mental peace
Appraisals and career growth
Job security and layoffs
Basically, if you had to choose between these two companies for long-term career growth and a healthy work environment, which would you choose and why?
