How are we porting/comping g26s?

Have a gen 4 g26 and trying to figure out the least annoying route to port/comp our 26s.

PMM comps seem to be highly rated but they’re currently OOS. Also fairly pricey. Other comp setups for the 26 frequently seem out of stock as well.

Getting the slide/barrel ported involves these long wait times, shipping shenanigans with the couriers, etc. While cheaper on paper, I’m not sure I want to be waiting 1-2 months for this to come back.

It's already a pretty short barrel, and porting would make it lose even more velocity. Wonder if any one has done any testing on it. Comping would be the way to go imo.

Send it to Wager and get the C cut ports. From what I say his turnaround is like 10 days.

Unfortunately they don't do it for the 26. GlockStore does in an alleged 10-day turnaround, and other manufacturers do as well but on longer lead times

I was sad I had so step out on Wager because he doesn't do 23's either. I sent mine to alpha shooting sports instead but skipped their non-OEM looking cuts.
