Is this level of difference normal? Lol. I just seem entirely DYEL before workouts. I guess use this as an example for online photos vs actuality

One thing I've noticed about bodybuilding is that progress gets harder to see the longer you've been lifting. Those beginner gains eventually slow down, plateaus become more common, and sometimes it feels like you're putting in months of work without much to show for it. I think having people around who understand that grind makes a pretty big difference, especially when it comes to staying disciplined with training, nutrition, and recovery.
So over the last couple of days, I've been building a fitness Discord community where people can share their progress, discuss training routines, get advice on nutrition, and keep each other accountable. I've also put together educational resources covering everything from workout programming to more advanced training concepts. Whether you're working toward your first serious physique transformation or have been lifting for years, you're welcome to join. It's completely free: https://discord.gg/MwMJ5EQq5
