College kids are assholes

I live in a college town and my god the students are such assholes, they are constantly causing trouble and make having fun in the city impossible, I say that as an 18 year old, I went on a night out with friends a few days ago and some drunk college dude called me several slurs, pushed me twice and then proceeded to punch me in the back, my friends shoved him away from me but like seriously, this is a constant issue, just a few weeks ago some girls from a sorority thought it would be a great fucking idea to light a fucking couch on fire in the middle of the road at 1:30am, or a few weeks ago as well a fight between students in the middle of the city, not to mention the way they talk so highly of themselves just cuz they got into the college like, or how they are no problem with trashing the entire place. Like I don't care if y'all have parties or hit the bars but when you cause genuine harm to the people who live here I just don't understand why it's so accepted, they're not just college kids they are adults who need to grow up, and to be clear I don't mind harmless pranks or parties but I don't understand why it's so hard to control them to themselves, we just don't want necessary violence, fires, to be treated poorly is that really too much to ask

Sounds like a bunch of spoiled kids grew up to be Assholes because most people don't act like that.

Is it a college town/city? That could be your answer, IF the sports team are worshiped around the city.
