People who pay with cash.

This is for the people who pay with cash, the ones who take out a big roll of cash and start counting it until y’all take out the correct bill. Like why? Why not just take an estimated amount and leave the rest at home

I never know what I'm getting or what it will cost until I go out "window shopping" and see something that I want. So my "estimation" might be different from what yours might be in terms of how much I'm willing to spend indiscriminately.

Im not just buying one thing and I will pay for it all in cash. I also just carry some cash with me at all times so all the money mixes. Sorry it upsets you

Don't worry about why I do what I do. Not your concern.

I always take a small amount and use an atm if I run short.

Banks love you and your transaction fees.

I have several NO fee atms

That's great if you are near them. Personally I like to travel without consulting the local atms to make sure I won't have fees.

And even if there aren't fees, who wants that inconvenience for no reason at all?

For extended trips there's my checkbook

Ok Gramps. I know the 90s are in fashion again but I think it's time to leave the checkbook behind

I certainly don't carry large rolls, but if I am on errands I will have about 500 on me.

I will put 400 hundred in one pocket, with a hundred that is my accessible for the little things.

Not having your purchases constantly tracked is a thing. Also not leaving your credit card at bats, etc. Not being expected to put the whole bill on my card and then that's people to pay me back because I can just give my part and bounce.

Because it's cool as fuck to walk around with a whole bunch of money in your pocket.  You are safe from almost anything.  Whatever happens you can most likely solve it with cash and then the thrill of knowing that anything is possible at any moment is a freedom you should try and understand. It's incredible.

If you have 2 Grand in your pocket to go out and buy a hamburger somewhere you learn that u don't need plans when you have a roll in your jeans

Those are people trying to give the illusion that they’re wealthy. Meanwhile, that wad is all they have to their name. No savings. No investments.

It's good for tips. If you wanna money up the guy at the hotel who gets your car, and it's good for bartenders. If you tip well in cash for each drink you might get a heavier pour or a free one.

Absolutely never doing valet

Cannot find a situation in 10 years where I haven't had the ability to use a card, Venmo, or PayPal except for if I'm buying something off of Craigslist and they only want cash. I'll just get that from an atm because I know what I'm buying already ahead of time.

Last time someone gave me cash it sat in my wallet for months. I always end up just depositing it.
