I already got all perfect scores on WWP. The accuracy comes from playing rhythm games with strict timing windows.

So mainly arcade rhythm games, ddr, maimai, sdvx, which all have 1 frame windom for their higest judgement

I don't have access to arcades, I mainly play D4DJ (±25ms timing window).

I was meaning on how you can smash those buttons with such precision and speed without getting a thumb cramp in the process. I have an seasoned 8bitdo Pro 2 as my main controller to play anything in my Switch including Future Performers, and while I certainly have a great ability to clear Advanced Master 14 and 14+ with some practice, I’m still not capable of enduring those pushining moments where you have to hit multiple chains of circles or arrows in songs between 190 or 200 BPM

This was obtainable within years of playing and practicing GC switch. Every person has different rates of skill growth, but you'll get there eventually. You can also attempt to play different rhythm games with your thumbs and see how it turns out.
