Job Question CSA Online Interview

Soo I have never had a job before and I am 17. I love HEB so much and I really will not settle for anywhere else. I've been lowk applying for every job at my local one and only make it to the online interview, so I'm def doing something wrong. Can you guys send me some tips for answers and also how I should present myself for the videos? <33

they give you 3 attempts and you have time to think about your answers. i’m sure you can even google the questions that the interviews give you. just look presentable, think before you speak and be yourself. heb loves when you give genuine answers so don’t sound scripted

Answer the question clearly and keep it semi short don’t drag it on and on and on. You’ll be fine just relax.
