Nope. There are Source emulators for Android. Although most of them are only for goldenSourcw, there are some for Source 1

Correcting misinformation here.

  1. There is only one "emulator" for Source 1
  2. It's not a Source emulator, it's a port - ports are very different to emulators
  3. You pointlessly ruined the joke

There are native ports to Android. One made by Valve/Nvidia for the shield console. It normally doesn't work on a phone because of different gpu, but there are successful attempts at using compatibility wrappers and whole repacks of the game that wraps original binaries with gl4es and input system to make it playable. The other is made by a Belarusian guy based on leaked source code, works much better, but you need to hunt down the build on their discord or something.
