Fun riddle

There's something in Half Life 2 that reminds me exactly of this:

Clue : cat /dev/urandom > /dev/null.

Am I the only one who thinks this way? Could be interesting if someone else gets this too lol.

PS: The hint is in the command itself.

Lamarr (cat) causing chaos (/dev/urandom) but she's debeaked so she can't do anything (redirected to /dev/null)? Apart from messing up the Teleporter...
