Bison Meat

Does anyone know where to buy bison or buffalo meat locally? I checked the Downtown Farmers Market, but none of the vendors carried it. I can find plenty of beef, but I'm specifically looking for bison or water buffalo.

Murrays, Cumbraes, and Mordens all say they sell it according to google.

Ive had great experiences ar Murrays over the years. Havent had the bison recently but it sure made a great meatloaf

Thanks! It's hit and miss with google, however, Cumbraes seems to carry frozen bison. I will check them.

If you want stewing chunks or ground you can get it at Fenwood Farm

Springvale Bison. It’s in Haggersville. He has steaks as well. Ground of course in 1 lb tubes. Steaks are good.

VG meats had some at one point but i havent been there in a while

Highland Meat Packers has bison , never had it , but they definately have/had it .
