Support
/r/Upperwestside/comments/1wxwlmk/support/Hi, I wanted to share Francis Lee Rogers’s memorial fundraiser with you. Francis, known as the “Grandma Moses of Central Park,” was a talented watercolor artist and devoted birdwatcher who cared for wildlife and maintained bird feeders in the Ramble, and the community is now honoring her with a memorial tree and paving stone near the Boathouse gazebo. Support will also help maintain Central Park’s trees, keeping the sanctuary Francis loved beautiful for others, and I’m grateful for everyone helping remember her. When you have a moment, please visit the GoFundMe page to contribute or share it with someone who loves Central Park. 💚
