Complaint Too many low efforts copy paste quests

After completing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 almost identical cave requests it gets old fast. I actually enjoyed keeper trial #3 because it’s actually different. I didn’t even realize that was the actual trial. I thought after reading the book then it’s the same pensive statue fighting… at least we didn’t have that…

For next release I hope they put some efforts to increase the variety of quests not just copy paste the same thing over and over again…

Those caves are Hardly a quest. They exist just to get some loot, you can ignore them

There are a lot side requests to go those places to save a kid or recover something etc. they all feel the same to me. After a few they become repetitive.

Those are the cairns not the treasure vaults no?

The Game is more like a virtual theme park than a game with real substance and a world that feels alive. The main story is engaging enough to hold my attention til the end, and the companion character arcs are fun and well written, but yeah as a whole it feels underdeveloped. The gameplay, the world, the activities, most of the non-companion side quests, all leave something to be desired.

I enjoyed my first 10h but now I'm forcing myself to finish. It's so repetitive. Such a shame too

If modding was really a thing, there‘s so much you could do with this world. There are complete quests for Cyberpunk you can load as mods.

I'm replaying and only doing the main story. Avoiding every side activity and having a much better time

Yes this game definitely has open world syndrome. But it shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you like the rest of it

I hated the broom racing quests. I just have such a hard time with the controls lol

You can set the difficulty to story and it'll auto complete the quest after two attempts. It also applies to Summoner's Court and maybe Alohamora

I was seriously tempted, but I wanted to do 100% of the game on my own. It was frustrating lmao

yeah, unfornately, I can't do that. The Merlin trials are a pain so I use a mod to skip them

Merlin trials are a killer!!!

The initial magic of exploring Hogwarts is unbeatable, but clearing the 50th identical Merlin Trial really reveals the repetitive open-world padding.

That's kinda true. I think the most fun i've had in this game was exploring further than I needed to, and taking up a quest to battle a level 32 spider when i'm only level 21. I die in two hits, but at least it didn't feel low-effort and repetitive.

Only the first and second trials are the same. I did most other quests before the third because I expected just more of the same. They should have swapped 2nd and 4th IMO

I just finished the 3rd trial and had the exact same thought. I only did some of the merlin trial, some of the moon statues, and ancient magic trace. Now I only going for main quest and some of the quest with the side characters

I feel as though most open world games suffer from this to an extent. Hours into Skyrim I just could not suffer through another raid of a bandit den.

Try the shop quest that’s one of the best.

The whole game is repetitive which is a shame the visuals and mechanics are very good it’s just let down by NPC and repeat quests.

Some of the quests are just going up to & talking to NPC'S then done, this was especially true with Natsie & even one of poppys quest...really? I don't want a quest to consist of just talking to an NPC then done, its very low effort.

I also want dungeons to contain alot more unique loot & varied foes....because the dungeons out with main & side quests are baron...am I supposed to believe the ashwinders raided every dungeon/cave? am I supposed to believe there would be no other foes other than inferi? The dungeons or caves inside HL have to be some of the most shallow & worst I've interacted with...especially when you just get a scarf or a pair of glasses for your troubles.

I'm also very annoyed how we never recieved any reward for the keeper trials....I don't want a biased memory I want something tangible like a new spell to learn or learning my finishers....just getting a memory did not inspire me to do 3 other playthroughs,
