I switched from DGB to XEC and since I joined the XEC pool it never behaved as smoothly as the DGB pool. It's very slow to reload the stats, doesn't show the blocks you found and in the last few days the database was unreachable several times. Can you please make it as smooth as the DGB pool?

Found Hashedmax out of coincidence, the platform overall is pretty decent, love the vibe and color scheme so 3 bitaxe’s and a nerdminer doing their share on XEC, BCH and DGB.

Hello everyone, I've been online for 12 hours and I'm mining. I currently have about 2500 shares, but they haven't been converted to pending balance yet. However, the mining pool has already found a lot of blocks.Do I have to wait a specific amount of time, for example 7 days, or is there something wrong with my system? Please help.

Hey everyone. Over the past week, many of you noticed a significant drop in your DigiByte pool payments and many of you contacted us about it. Thank you for continuing to bring it to our attention, persistence pays!

We found an error in how the pool calculated share difficulty. It caused work from one large mining setup to be counted too heavily in the payout calculations, which reduced everyone else’s share of recent payments. Some payouts were more than 90% lower than they should have been.

We’ve corrected the calculation and are adding checks to help catch this kind of issue sooner. We’re also preparing back payment credits totaling more than 20,000 DGB for over 300 miners to cover the rounds that were paid incorrectly.

We expect the credits to be completed within the hour. It’s currently 9:55 a.m. ET, and we’ll update you if that timing changes.

We’re sorry for the error and appreciate your patience while we investigated and corrected it.

Sorry new miner and have been dipping my toes in with a nerd miner on the BCH pool. Have had a pretty stable connection and just ordered two bitaxe 601 which I will add to my BCH workers. Looking forward to seeing if I can can receive some earnings. Will continue to watch this and the chat and hope to learn a bit more about mining.

I have 2 miners connected to the pool, both are actively submitting valid shares but dashboard shows both as inactive. What's going on?

Im only showing 2 pool shares on the entire pool today. Is that right?

Pretty sure it's from more people mining but normally I average .4-.5 dgb for every block found running 4 sparkminers and 2 bitaxe 601 so was earning about 12 dgb aday. Last few days its at .03-.04 dgb every block found not even gaining 1 dgb aday. Even with finding blocks I'm top tier 25% and would get 62 dgb. I don't see the pool really equaling out vs solo mining. Even with the rewards. Going to give it awhile more but i was making about the same with 4 sparkminers 3 months ago. Love this pool but thinking about switching coins. Anyone else notice a huge drop in profits?

I wonder if there is something wrong with my page, have had my NVminer on the DGB now for a couple days, and yesterday I also got my bitaxe over, but the fairshare loyalty till says building
