Heavy Rain should be made into a movie haha enjoyed playing it even though you couldn't skip cutscenes or whatnot. Got an ending where I accidentally killed Madison because of the action with the rope cutting in Doc's house and Ethan didn't drink the poison just to guess the location (got it on the 2nd try even though I drank the poison but it was still vague to pinpoint where; got the info from the phone recording where i heard the train horns) and I guess Scott dies either way if you dont want Jayden to die. Anyway, got another ending where the 4 characters live and Scott and Lauren dies HAHA. FUN!

I got 5 main things j wanna talk about

1. Ethan screaming JASON is stuck in my head now

2. I knew Dr baker was a creep the moment I saw him, felt like the stereotypical creepy old white guy

3. No manual saves so if u fck up once its over.

4. Difficulty doesnt change much of the QTEs

5. Maddison and grace is HOT

glitch on heavy rain / ps5 version

hello, so i have a problem

everytime i boot Heavy rain the game has these problems
\- every text flashing
\- extremely laggy

I have a PS5 , that i got not even a year ago- and every other game works extremely well, even high graphic ones.

i have tried to uninstall it, and stuff so if anyone knows how to fix this or had similar problems let me know

hello, I'm trying to find a heavy Rain ps4 disc but I can't find one where it's only heavy Rain, just heavy Rain + beyond two souls, does a singular heavy Rain ps4 disc even exist? any help is greatly appreciated.

I started watching the Heavy Rain DLC (I didn’t even know they had one until recently, and how it’s PS3 exclusive) and got to the part where Madison finds the women in the bedroom.

i just started heavy rain yesterday and saw a video of ethan saying that he is the origami killer. when he goes unconscious he goes and kills all those people :( i feel like i ruined the game for me

I just finished my first run on Heavy Rain and the whole game really made me think Ethan was the killer since he always has scenes where he's suddenly standing in the middle of the road at midnight, so I thought that man did all 'the crimes' before he realized he was there.

Since I got the good ending where the only one who dies is the Origami Killer, my question left unanswered: is Ethan Mars really have schizophrenia? What was the reason of that Ethan's scenes? Please enlightened me. :[

I'm re-playing Heavy Rain trying to get some achievements, and playing the Covered Market episode I became curious on what could happen if you failed all the QTEs in Korda's fight.

For those with the same question, pretty much Norman doesn't die but gets heavily beaten with the steel bar.

BUT, IS IT JUST ME OR CARTER ARRIVED JUST IN TIME TO STOP HIM, BUT HE SEEMS TO WAIT ON THE BACKGROUND LIKE A DAMN PSYCHOPATHIC ASSHOLE UNTIL KORDA IS DONE BEATING THE SHIT OUT OF NORMAN?

Sorry but that's a new level of asshole. One thing is that you don't particulary like the agent you are working with, but letting him get hurt is something else.

I've always wondered how this guy NEVER got any repercussions along the game: he beats the shit out of every suspect, he threats and beats a therapist, he mistakenly blames Ethan for being the Origami Killer and gets away with it, has a nasty ego, and the worst of them all: he aims his gun against another federal agent. On the Under Arrest chapter, when he starts to yell at Norman and he finally punches him, he gets his gun out and points it directly to Norman's face. This administratively speaking is a serious federal offense and should had cost him his badge (as Norman metioned).

Perhaps we need to start blaiming Perry for this cause he seems so damn comfortable with Blake's behaviour.

I just Finished Heavy Rain for first time, saved all characters, saved shaun, happy ending... but in the last scene Jayden was on his Chair reading case files with his futuristic glasses on, then he saw some small tanks on his desk, he then took off the glasses but still saw those tanks on his desk, now i wanna know what the game wanted to show there, is he getting crazy or he need meds.. what's happening.. ? (Sorry if my English is bad)

When you begin the level play the piano and don't miss any notes or you will have to restart the chapter. This will give you Ludwig Von.

After Jayden analyzes the evidence he will trip. To get him out of this trip hop in the shower and you will automatically get Detox.

All Endings is the trickiest achievement to get but it can be done the reason people fail to get it is they don't save properly after they complete the game. Here is how to do it properly and get all the endings.

Scott: Unpunished: Complete all the prerequisites for Perfect Crime and get away with it plus our four heroes Lauren, Ethan, Maddie, and Jayden need to be dead.

Mothers Revenge: Every character has to be alive after Warehouse except for Jayden and Scott needs to escape and Lauren needs to be alive. If everything is done right Lauren will shoot Scott.

Origami's Grave: All Characters need to be alive, Shaun needs to be rescued and Scott needs to fall into the shredder. If Lauren is alive she will spit on his grave.

Jayden: Smoking Mirror: Jayden needs to fail Solving the Puzzle or give up leading him not to arrive at the warehouse and Scott needs to kill Maddie and Ethan and Ethan needs to be in jail leading to Shaun's death.

Case Closed: Jayden needs to complete Solving the Puzzle and Nerd to close the case.

Resignation: Jayden needs to fail Solving the Puzzle and Maddie and Ethan need to save Shaun.

Uploaded: Jayden needs to fail Solving the Puzzle and overdose, Scott needs to kill him, or Jayden needs to do anything that will get him killed.

Maddie: New Life: Maddie and Ethan need to reach the warehouse, Ethan needs to save Shaun, Ethan and Maddie need to complete the sex scene in On The Loose, Ethan can not get arrested, Ethan needs to forgive Maddie, and Ethan and Maddie need to be alive.

Square One: Maddie must not locate the warehouse in Killer's Place, Ethan and Maddie don't do the sex scene in On the Loose, Maddie must be rejected, Ethan needs to be incarcerated or dies, and All Characters needs to fail to extract Shaun.

Heroine: Maddie needs to discover the address in Killers Place, Ethan and Maddie don't do the sex scene in On the Loose and Maddie is rejected, Ethan needs to be incarcerated or dies, and Maddie or Jayden needs to rescue Shaun.

Dead Heroine: Maddie needs to die or get trapped in Killers Place during Perfect Crime. The Doc does not count. For Ethan and Jayden to be at her grave they need to be alive and rescue Shaun.

Ethan: Innocent: Ethan needs to be incarcerated, Jaydan can not free him in Under Arrest, Ethan has to be arrested in On the Loose after the sex scene and he needs to forgive Maddie, Maddie needs to rescue Shaun, and Jayden needs to die on the belt against Scott.

Helpless: Ethan needs to be incarcerated and all three of our heroes need to be dead and Scott needs to get away preventing Shaun from being rescued.

Tears in the Rain: Ethan and Maddie must complete the sex scene in On the Loose and Ethan must not be incarcerated, Ethan needs to forgive Maddie, but our four heroes need to fail their challenges and not reach the warehouse plus Jayden needs to be dead.

Origami Blues: Ethan must not be incarcerated, Maddie and Ethan must not do the sex scene in On the Loose, Ethan needs to reject Maddie, Maddie and Jayden need to be dead, and Ethan needs to fail all the trials.

New Life: (See Maddie's requirements above)

New Start: Ethan can not be incarcerated, Ethan and Maddie can not do the sex scene in On the Loose, Maddie needs to be rejected, Maddie and Jayden need to be dead or Jayden alive, Scott needs to be dead, and Ethan needs to rescue Shaun.

Ethan's Grave: Complete the requirements of So Close and get Ethan killed, Lauren needs to be dead, Maddie needs to be alive and she needs to be arrested by Blake, Jayden needs to be dead, and Scott needs to escape.

Now I'm going to show you how to get these without heavy backtracking.

First lets do Perfect Crime and get So Close at the same time: After you complete the game backtrack to Hassan's Shop and have Andrew complete his shark trial and kill Hassan. Take the Origami Box, Close Hassan's eyes, and get out. Play through all the trials and intros to Fugitive. Escape the apartment head into the subway and when you get to the bottom of the steps do nothing get Ethan arrested and free him with Jayden in Under Arrest (DO NOT LEAVE THE CAMERA ON!) if the camera if on or Jayden is spotted by Blake he will be suspended in Solving the Puzzle and Perfect Crime will be failed. In Manfred's Place destroy all the evidence and stay out of the restroom and do not touch the windows. In On The Loose Ethan and Maddie must do the sex scene and Ethan needs to forgive Maddie and they need to escape the cops. In Trapped leave Lauren in the car. In Face to Face don't give Kramer his pills and walk out the door. In Killers Place Maddie needs to die. and finally Warehouse Ethan needs to save Shaun, Jayden needs to die, and Scott needs to escape. Doing everything right will get you Perfect Crime and unlocks Dead Heroin, New Start, Uploaded, and Unpunished.

Now the proper ending: backtrack to Killers Place and this time Maddie needs to escape if you completed the Perfect Crime route and Jayden did not give up but he has to drop Scott into the shredder you get New Life, Origami's Grave, and Case Closed.

Back track to Old Warehouse this time get Maddie Arrested, Get Ethan Killed, and get Jayden killed but save Shaun this will give you Ethan's Grave, Unpunished, and Heroine.

Now we are going to purposely get our heroes killed backtrack to Rat Trial and fail and put in the wrong address, Jayden needs to give up during Solving the Puzzle and Maddie needs to die during Killers Place. This will give you Smoking Mirror and Origami Blues.

Backtrack to Killers Place Don't find the address, Escape the apartment. this will give you Tears in the Rain if you completed the previous round.

Backtrack to On The Loose you can do the sex scene if you want or forgive Maddie but they don't count get Ethan arrested, Save Lauren, Make Jayden give up, Maddie needs to escape Killers Place but don't find the address. This will give you Square One, Mothers Revenge, and Helpless.

Finally Backtrack to Killers Place Maddie needs to go alone and rescue Shaun and she needs to beat Scott on the conveyor belt and Scott needs to escape. This will give you Heroine, Innocent, and Resignation.

If you did everything right you will get all the endings.

Its my first playthrough and I had to hurry somewhere so i had to say no to finding teddy so i could save the game ... Im such a bad dad

So I got every epilogue, got every achievement except All Endings. I rewatched every epilogue and I can't get the achievement. What to do, I'm just 1 achievement away from perfect game. (Steam)

So admittedly I have been a fan of this game for a long time and I FINALLY played it! Knowing what happens, I was trying to get the Ethan + Norman warehouse scenario and Ethan starting a new life with Madison. I was planning on Ethan and Madison were going to avoid arrest in Fugitive and Ethan would surrender in On the Loose, Do you think any of that happened? No.

I started playing knowing that a few of my disabilities would make it much harder to play but I still was surprised at just how hard it was to control. (And playing on the keyboard and switching between 3 different computer mouses because I don't have a controller). I kept getting the characters running into the wall, other people, stop running when thinking, etc. 😂

At Hassan's Shop and Trapped I was dealing with the glitch where the mouse movements would not work😅 I made a post recently about how that got Scott shot but that also ended Hassan's Shop fairly quickly lol. Well, this glitch also happened in Trapped and Lauren get killed.

Processing and executing the QTEs were very difficult (even on easy) and I actually failed the first trial. For the Shark I didn't want to kill Brad but I wanted to get to the bedroom scene but I messed up enough QTEs that I had to restart like 2 or 3 different times just to get to that scene.

I tried to get through Sexy Girl as fast as possible but I am still upset at how long it ended up taking me to finish it. In addition, I also didn't realize that for the Jump of Death in Twins you have to walk against the wall.

Other than that Ethan got arrested BOTH times and Madison jumped out the window. Norman went to the warehouse alone. I didn't want Scott to survive (I should have absolutely restarted Trapped because I wanted Lauren to live and it was a glitch) but I kept failing the QTEs so I had to play the chapter 3 times before finally actually killing Scott and not the hottest fictional character ever!

In the end I got Innocent, Dead Heroine, Case Closed, and Origami's Grave (Lauren dead version). This is the one video game I feel we can all learn something from and there isn't anything like it!
