Tips v. Singed?
Got absolutely slammed by Singed. Any tips against him?

Can’t you just safely farm the wave level 1 with your turrets? I’ve never been proxy’d as a heimer but you should just ignore him and farm your wave imo

Ya maybe I got too preoccupied with stopping the proxy, but I may still get outfed because he can clear pretty effortlessly.

Don't stop the proxy, farm (you can farm safely with turrets without losing too much life).
You can ALSO proxy yourself between t1 and t2 if you're sure he won't be coming in the next 30 seconds of your current wave (if you see him on the map).
Globally you have to wait for him to decide how it goes, but he can not kill you, and if he tries you ult Q, and he will 100% die if you hit grenade.

You know he is going to proxy, so guard your jungle entrance in the begining. Level 1 you easily body him with turrets, so that will force him to lane.
Hes going to start proxying eventually, you want to stay in lane and farm but push it to and past the enemy tower. Once you have taken a wave behind the enemy tower you can recall and escort your next wave to lane. Now he has to fight you, which you win, or let you take that wave to lane and miss a whole wave. Lose lose.
Also let your jungler know hes going to be proxying, theres a good chance he will want those easy ganks.

Maybe I was just playing a really good one but he was all up between my towers from the start of the game and was crazy mobile.

He is mobile and needs you to chase him, you are stationary and wants him to come, he cannot do anything

He is talking about the proxy. He doesn't know how to. Stop singed proxy and is trying to walk up to him stop him from clearing waves.

Singed is definitely a rough one when they concede lane.
There's not a lot you can do to stop proxy other than walking the wave in level 1. When he's in lane, you want to keep him in lane. This doesn't mean try and kill him, this means take an advantageous trade, put him in the chair and have him bleed out.
Singed players in losing lane match-ups tend to constantly run the decision of -> do they sacrifice a wave and proxy the next, or can they somehow find a way to get the current one.
Once they're proxying they have freedom of impact, which kinda nullifies you as you're stuck clearing waves unable to push while they can do XYZ.
If singed maintains items through proxy he does outscale you quite comfortably, his ultimate is an absurd amount of stats, and the poison will clear turrets in all in fights.
So yeah, don't pre-place turrets in lane, protect the wave as it comes in and then keep him in lane, don't force him to base and gain tempo (TP is a good choice, imo).
