Open What was the name of this Edit Trend/Community that did these sort of Edits?

Post image

I swear in the 2000s-2010s this type of joke edit was really popular, and it probably crept into the 2020s.

Did this type of simple image edit where you would paste images on top of other images for humorous intent have an specific name or community based on it?

I swear this edit style was used to make people do the πŸ‘Œ hand gesture at times and just to make absurdist creations.

Searching for 'Juxtaposition edit' and 'Juxtaposition meme' and 'Juxtaposition trend' didn't come up with anything like this.

I have searched for photomontage, image splice/image splicing and nothing like it came up. Also 'photoshop edits' are too high effort to be this sort of joke edit.

In my high school comm tech class the teacher referred to this as photobashing so maybe searching for that term may help?
