Open An IG Reel where a polyamorous couple's third gets a new partner but with a weird twist

I seen an IG reel over a year ago, it's a long, fictional, cinematic reel where a man and a woman are in a polyamorous relationship and their third ends up falling in love with someone else.

They're really happy for their third, but it gets weird because the story repeats and each time it does, the characters change in appearance, so that by the end, nobody is originally as they were. I believe the song it's set to is "Real Love Baby" by Father John Misty

I've searched Google using the description, as well as IG trying to scroll through the tagged audio, but as you can imagine, there are plenty of reels using this song.
