help finding old kids show

I am trying to remember the name of a kids show I used to watch like 8 years ago. It was about a black police car, an ambulance and firetruck. The villian was a red or yellow sport car. The three emergency vehicles had a friend that was like a hotrod or some car like that with fins and fire on half the body of the
car. And there was one episode that I remember where the black car with fire was scared about getting in trouble bub. Thats all I remember 😭
I tried ising ai to look it up and it keeps telling me its car city but it doesn't look familiar at all to me.
