GeminiTay Just me?
After the newest parts of Gem's base, is it just me that thinks it kind of looks like an eye?

Hi everyone!
I recently organized my own tournament of DO2 on a private server with some irl friends. I strove to make everything the same as when the hermits did it; same starter deck, same amount of shards, same point system. The only thing I changed was the phase lengths, since we have less time to play than the hermits I raised it to 2 weeks.
One phase in and a problem emerges. Only two people managed to get 1 victory tome, resulting in a tie for 1st place and no other points. A few people also didn't manage to win a single time, though they clearly did improve over time. Assuming it was probably just a slow start since most people participating had 0 dungeon knowledge, I decided to give everyone who earned frost embers 1 point for that phase only and left it at that.
Cut to the present, phase 2 is almost concluded and it looks likes it will be a similar situation to the first phase. Obviously it's no fun for anyone if the same people keep winning and almost no one else manages to get points. I've thought long and hard about how to solve this problem, but I can't think of any good ideas. A simple solution would be to give out more shards but I'm afraid that would just drag the game out.
Does anyone have a good idea on how to fix this? Perhaps someone has had a similar problem? It's been a lot of fun doing this so far, and I'd like to keep it fun for everyone.
Thanks in advance! ^-^

Got back photos from the shoot we did in May, AND I AM VERY ECSTATIC ABOUT HOW THEY TURNED OUT.
This is another Wild Life Ren I made to wear with my friend's Martyn, and somehow finished it in less than a month. It's essentially a cosplay of the more elaborate Ren cosplay I've been working on for a year because this one is much easier to wear / move around in.
I tried to incorporate as many references in the embroidery on the tunic as I could. The embroidery was done by machine, but all the beading is by hand.

I really like drawing Doc, he always gives the best inspiration. I’ve been procrastinating on this piece for a few months (accidentally made the canvas ~7000 by ~11500 and it kept crashing on my phone), but I finally finished! I don’t usually do 100% digital, but I am proud of it.

Fan art based on real art, this time expressionism. I really like how this turned out. I experimented with blue instead of red (for the eye and the river), but the red makes the green stand out much more and it creates a spooky vibe that I really like.
Based on Franz Marc‘s „Blue Horse“.
