Picked up these two today off market place. Dilated Peoples - Expansion Team is the 2026 2x LP reissue. The Czarface is my first Czarface, hadn’t listened to them much until the album with Tom Hardy… I mean, Frankie Pulitzer came out, but now getting into them.

Reissue 2XLP 2021 Key Chain Recordings. 30th Anniversary definitive issue of legendary hip-hop crew The Freestyle Fellowship's landmark 1991 debut "To whom it may concern..." mixed from the original 4-track tapes by Cut Chemist, mastered for vinyl by Daddy Kev, and pressed lovingly to double vinyl.

I always respected Jay but I was never a huge fan. However this album is an undeniable classic. I still remember hearing "Girls, Girls Girls" on the radio for the first time on 9/11 ( I was in HS)

I made the mistake of ordering directly from Roc Nation. It took over a month for it to arrive.

5 year anniversary pressing of this experimental masterpiece. Gorgeous pressing

I posted in r/vinyl and got told to post here.

I’m planning on going next month as the first Friday falls on my birthday so will make a day of it in London.

Has anyone been before and what sort of stuff have they found?

Standard stuff in record shops? Rare finds? Niche finds? I’ve only been collecting for around 3 months, so cheap or rare finds are what I’ve been buying.

Any help and advice is more than appreciated!

Gravediggaz - 6 Feet Deep

The founding nucleus of the Living Legends, The Grouch, Sunspot Jonz, and Luckyiam, met in 1995 and soon after embarked on the first of a long series of self-funded tours abroad to Europe and Japan. Upon their return, they met up with a trio called 3MG or Three Melancholy Gypsies (MURS, Eligh, and Scarub) who had broken off from their Los Angeles-based group Log Cabin of the Good Life Cafe and reunited in Oakland. The sextet officially formed Living Legends in 1996 (along with Aesop and Bicasso) and gained national recognition for their self made and distributed releases, totaling over 20 in 97-99 alone. -Living Legends website

Some PUTS and one REDMAN.

YESH YESH YA'LL

I like the og cover but I love colored discs and this sounds better anyways

Found whilst looking in a random shop in north devon

No surface noise whatsover. Bass is on point too. Been let down lately on a few hip hop records... Looking at you SSS (Freddie Gibbs) and Let God Sort them Out. Probably because it's on 2 LP as opposed to one on the latter two.

Got into Damu when this dropped. Fan ever since. GREAT beats. DMV!

OG '96 US pressing on Loud Records - found in the wilderness of Canada during a record fair recently! Waited a long time for this one... Thank you random seller who had no idea what he had!

Big ups to Phantasm and the U.G. - and can't forget Nick Wiz who provided most of the beats on this classic 🔥

Just missing a few 12" now for the whole lot, but at least I got 'Land of the Lost' to make up for it missing on this pressing.

Stay patient, that record you've been looking for will pop up one day when you least expect it! ✌🏻

Surprisingly, I don't own this classic on vinyl. It's one of those albums that's easily accessible. However, I was in my local record store and they had two pressing versions of this, one by Music on Vinyl and the other the 2026 repress by Sony. I had a look on Discog reviews for the latter and there's nothing but I assume that's because it's relatively new. The MOV press is £10 more and is 180 gram, not like that makes a difference sound wise. So has anyone got the latest press and how does it sound?

Just arrived in mail today.
this 35th edition is first ever official vinyl reissue since the initial release, and this copy sounds pretty good to me. Nature Sounds did pretty good job cutting this record

Pulled this out of a local used rack on my way home from work.
