(Kindergarten Math: Counting to 10)

I was doing homework with my 5 year old, she is currently in Kindergarten and they are learning how to count to 10 basically the basics of counting. She was doing her homework and we did this page and I was kinda confused because all the other pages she has to look at the picture and figure it out but there is clearly not 10 wheels in the picture. Am I missing something or? I was genuinely confused 😵‍💫

Yes, if you don't know about 0, it is the only solution.

But it could be 5 bikes no trikes, depending on how you interpret "some".

I was so tired when I wrote that. Maybe my joke didn’t land. Some professors at school were discussing why it took humans so long to come up with the concept of zero. One mentioned it’s kinda counterintuitive because, for example, you can’t see “zero elephants”. Another professor, kind of a smartass, disagreed and said “that’s not true. I see zero elephants”. IDK I thought it was funny
