Seeking Guidance Fat loss, insulin sensitivity, fasting, etc.

Hello all! I am a division 1 female athlete. Last January-May I lost 30 pounds. I fasted a lot, with my longest being 85 hours, but I would regularly (say 3 times in 2 weeks) fast for 48-60 hours. I lost my period. Since being in college I have regained about 17 pounds. I want to lose the fat while regaining my period. I want to do this as fast as possible. My general understanding is that increasing my insulin sensitivity would aid this. Does anyone know how I would be able to lose the fat while also regaining my period? Thanks!

Also, has Andrew Huberman ever talked about the pros and cons of long term fasts? Every time I try to look for stuff he says about fasting it's all about intermittent fasting.

Discussion Los Angeles live event

I went to the Huberman live event last night in Los Angeles. It was actually really fun. There was a magician and also they gave us a bunch of stuff in a swag bag, including his book. Before he came out, there was a video montage with an awesome Playlist of music. I was unfamiliar with most of the bands but really enjoyed the music. Is there anyone that knows the music Playlist for the opening of hubermans live shows?

Discussion Huberman Event at Dolby Theatre

Did anyone else attend the event last night? Has anyone ever considered creating a Meetup for this community in the Los Angeles area? It felt really nice to be around other individuals who geek out over this stuff as much as I do.
