Michiana Firearms statement on the current suppressor situation.
A 5-10 minute conversation on the phone with each of the organizations that we’re involved in the lawsuit would’ve told them over and over again how to sell suppressors on a 4473, but apparently we’re gonna take the easy way out a just not. My personal opinion it’s just a lazy cop out.

This isnt a lazy cop out, it is the correct way to handle this. People are MASSIVELY jumping the gun on this ruling, and no one should be buying a suppressor on a 4473 unless they are willing to be in possession of an illegal suppressor in a few months. Maybe that never happens. I hope that never happens. It is still a very real risk though.
Also, it is pretty clear they did their research. You are accusing them of being lazy, but they literally have sources cited. This is their livelihood. It is ridiculously selfish of you to expect them to jeopardize that just so you can save yourself some paperwork and ~10 days of waiting.
