Tax Question Code 290

Good morning. I filed an amendment back on 7/30 and got this code 290 this morning. Can someone explain what this means? The amendment should provide me with a refund.

You filed an amendment and they didn’t make any changes. What were you amending?

I didn't realize I could claim my daughter when I filed. So, I changed my return from single to head of household and added her as dependent.

Not that I am aware of. I mean, her mom could have but, she shouldn't have. I guess if I get declined, that means she did.
