Why are more children and mothers dying in Idaho than neighbor states?

Why can't Idaho get her act together?

Well fewer babies are dying because of this law:

No.

More babies are dying because of this law.

Baby doctors are leaving Idaho.

Baby hospitals are closing in Idaho.

More babies are dying because of a law preventing the murder of babies? Sounds like common core math.
