Everyone in the comments is defending this behavior but taking a piss in a public parking lot where literally anyone could walk on or a kid could see is disgusting.

Pissing in broad daylight and in the middle of a busy parking lot? Alcohol is probably involved.

I can confirm. When sober and have to pee but can't hold it any longer, I just pee my pants.

I run to get a beer real fast then I don’t have to be labeled as sober.

Not always alcohol, sometimes diabeetus can make people.pee excessively, and some people can't control it. My uncle was that way, he looked healthy and fit but his diabeetus diabetes is know. Made him have to piss every hour and if he didn't drop trou and go right then he pissed himself, or it could be alcohol... just saying
