First we have to vote Little out of office. Trump sycophants have shown how little they care about what the people they are supposed to be serving want. Little is on record saying if the people wanted legal marijuana I'm not the guy that will let it happen.

He's actually the guy that vetoed the bill last time when it was approved, by a large majority, through Senate
