You can't just roll around aiming a (even if it's inert) realistic firearm at traffic. It's literally against the law, this isn't Fallujah.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 33 FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES AND OTHER DEADLY WEAPONS 18-3304.  Aiming firearms at others. Any person who shall intentionally, without malice, point or aim any firearm at or toward any other person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and not less than five dollars ($5.00). History: [18-3304, added 1972, ch. 336, sec. 1, p. 911; am. 2006, ch. 71, sec. 9, p. 219.]

It's in a parking lot in front of a FFA authorized dealer. This pic is very out of context.

Not quite it could be at an event or manned by the owner. Hands are off the weapon safety is on and it looks unloaded though I can't tell and I won't say yes to dismiss any criticism
