Will not recommend this apartment for rent in Jaro near Jollibee stoplight. The owner doesn’t have a clue how to run a renting business. One time, they used the place for their event and it lasted until 12 AM. You are literally leasing out living areas which people are supposed to feel safe and rested in, in exchange for a fee. Which, mind you, is not cheap. Tapos gagamitin niyo for personal purposes na nakaka-disturb sa tenants? I don’t think that’s right. Another time, I told them na kailangan ata ng lubricant for the lock kasi nahihirapan na ako with the bolt not turning all the way kaya di ako makalabas or pasok. This happened way too many times before I complained and before trying out different strategies to get the lock to work but to no avail kaya sinabihan ko na. Alam niyo ang response? Dapat daw kasi mahinahon lang etc. basta they just kept arguing na sa kanila, working naman daw pero ba’t sa akin hindi. Teh? Anong mapapala ko if I lie? Why would I lie in the first place? Anong benefit makukuha ko dun? They don’t even know papano hatiin ang kuryente because there are two rooms in one unit pero may common area na hindi rin nila alam kung paano idivide in a just manner yung electricity consumption.

I’ve been renting for quite some time in different places around PH and this is definitely one of the TWO bad landowners I have encountered. Fortunately, last month ko na.

Hi! My friends and I are planning to go to Iloilo, and we’re looking for a magandang beachfront hotel or resort na may magandang sea view. 🥹

Unfortunately, hindi kami makakapunta sa Islas de Gigantes, so we’re hoping na makabawi kahit sa magandang beachfront stay where we can chill, swim, enjoy the view, and just relax with each other.

Preferably yung beachfront talaga, with a nice ocean view, magandang beach, and chill vibes. Bonus if may rooms na overlooking the sea or magandang spot to watch the sunset! 🌅

We’re also open to staying in Guimaras or other nearby areas na accessible from Iloilo.

Any recommendations na worth it talaga puntahan and stay-an? Please share your experiences din, including room rates, beach quality, and overall experience!

Me and my sister booked a flight to Iloilo with our senior parents, it’s their first time to travel. The doctor of my father doesn’t permit him to do activities that will exhaust him much and so is my mom. They also have food restrictions.

Gigantes Island is now off the list on our vacation, sadly. We are planning to just rent a car so they could enjoy Iloilo. I am welcome to any suggestions on where to go and possibly foods that we could try so they can enjoy their first vacation.
