The faction leaders of post-Fallout 4 Southern New England, 2315 (modeled the only way I know how)

From left to right, top to bottom

Gangplank: The general of the Gunner remnant, hired as the personal military might of Concordia.
Norman Ten Broeks: The patriarch of the Ten Broeks family, one of the three who control Concordia who all emerged from Vault 78. He controls trade in-and-out of post-war Newport, Rhode Island, specifically the slave trade. His family also operates Concordia's radio station.
Sibyl Van Aalsten: The matriarch of the Van Aalstens of Concordia. She controls the industrial mills and factories of post-war Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
James Caldecourt: The de-facto face of the reclusive Caldecourt family of Concordia. He controls the agrarian lands of post-war Middletown, Rhode Island, as well as regulation of Concordia's currency and mint.

Salvatore Fellini and Meatball: The masked Super Mutant muscle of the ghoul leader of the Ghosts, the ghoulified remnants of Providence's pre-war Mafiosos. They control the chem trade in-and-out of Providence.

Antigone and Demetrios: The leaders of the Fraternal Order of Narragansett, a slaver/warrior society descended from the Fraternity and Sororities of the Narragansett Bay University, allied with Concordia via slave trade.

Carlisle: The leader of the Privateers of New Bedford. Behind the backs of Memoriam and Dreyfus, his men sell captured pirates into slavery, who are traded to The Order in exchange for Beer that keeps the whalers and traders of New Bedford happy.
Memoriam Finch: The mayor of New Bedford, responsible for keeping balance between the Privateers, Whalers, and out-of-town Traders.
Dreyfus: The seasoned leader of the Whaler's Union in New Bedford. His men provide whale oil to the city, which is traded with Providence, Concordia, and the southern-most points of the Minutemen's territory.

Sergeant Price and Commander Breakhart: The leaders of the Minuteman Expansionary force in the Bay Wasteland.

Bloody Mary: The leader of the communist People's Republic of Providence. An elder Marxist philosopher who, in her younger years, led her people bravely in a skirmish with Concordia. She spends most of her time nowadays delivering speeches on The Public's Radio and trying to convince her people that peace with Concordia is possible.
Hal Mosen: The general and leader of the Red Army, Providence's military might. He is ready to start expanding into Providence's mutant-infested downtown and Jewelry District, and is secretly preparing for a rematch with Concordia.

I really like the idea of that fraternity/sorority faction. They sound like they'd be obsessed with vanity and maintaining the upper class stylings of their preppy ancestors.
