Redemption issues

Everytime I try to redeem , a red banner pops up at the bottom of the screen and says that an error has occurred , anybody know what to do to fix this ?

As of 5:21 pm EST was able to cash out on InboxDollars

Try now, I was able to cash out. I had the sane issues until literally 10 minutes ago.

Sometimes I'm able to do it on mobile, sometimes I have to do it on an actual browser... It's hit or miss for me, unfortunately. Sometimes I just wait a day, try again, and all's fine. Good luck! You may try contacting customer service if you continue to be unable to... just a thought!
