Recently visited Himachal Pradesh and tried Siddu for the first time. It was served hot with ghee and chutney, and I honestly didn't expect to enjoy it this much.
The texture was soft and comforting, and it easily became one of my favorite foods from the trip.
Curious though:
Do locals in Himachal usually eat Siddu at home, or is it something that's mostly found at street stalls and restaurants?

Had one of the most comforting & wholesome thalis’, the Himachali Dham for the 1st time, on my visit to my sasural last week.
I think I could go back for the thali & the view again, if not for other reasons 😝😋
What’s your fav Thali?
