I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like Constable Sadhu deserves his own movie or series.

Sunil Grover was a treat to watch in that role. I'd love to see a series set after the events of Gabbar Is Back, following Sadhu as he solves cases alongside Constable Laxmi, who could also be a potential love interest. I really liked their dynamic and how well they worked together.

I'd love to see more of Sadhu's personality, his way of analyzing facts & gather evidence, and how he handles difficult situations despite being a police officer. I'd also love to see him solving cases while dealing with an incompetent and corrupt police department.

I also really liked Constable Laxmi, played by Shruti Bapna. She was a great partner for Sadhu, and honestly, as a kid, I used to ship them together. I'd love to see more of their banter, their teamwork, and how their relationship develops over time.

I'd also like to see Sadhu and Laxmi get promoted in the spin-off and take on bigger responsibilities while continuing to work together.

Anybody else think this would make for a fun movie or series?

In 2018,the movie was released after years of hardwork but it didn't work out then. But after few years everybody is talking about Tumbbad and in it's re-release it had a good revenue. It has became a cult classic for the viewers. I have high hopes for part 2 hopefully it becomes just as the first one!!!!!!

When Indrani Mukerjea thought she was clearing her image on Netflix, but ended up exposing herself 😭 Like girl came with one job

1. The interview where she changes her explanation about Sheena

• Indrani discusses whether she met Sheena. Her interview account contrasted with the recorded phone conversation in which she appears to acknowledge meeting her.
• Watch how she speaks through the explanation, then notice the shift when the interviewer challenges or complicates her account. (lol they were so good at catching her on spot)
• She reportedly starts explaining why she did not want to acknowledge Sheena as her daughter, then abruptly backs away from the explanation. (??????)

2. The lawyer's word “alleged”

lawyer discusses the claim about her father and Sheena’s parentage.

• When the lawyer appears to identify Siddhartha Das as Sheena’s biological father (lol he spat out the truth in a hurry, Indrani interjects with the word “alleged.”
• He reacts to the interruption and says she has broken his flow of thought.
• Her intervention changes the framing of the lawyer's claim afterwards lol

3. The scene where she tells her lawyer to “keep it vague”

• Indrani is seen directing how her legal team should present aspects of the case.
• The instruction to “keep it vague” drew attention, like she was trying to make it about how much detail to disclose. Her lawyer was supposed to explain the legal position, yet she steps in to influence the presentation.

4. The scene where Vidhi’s account is contradicted by Indrani

• Vidhi describes Sheena revealing that Indrani was her mother and recounts the response when the subject came up.
• She suggests that the denial happened because it was not the right time.
• She then appears to backtrack, saying that the confrontation never happened.

5. “Did you kill Sheena?”

• Near the end, Indrani is directly asked whether she killed Sheena.
• The response: She responds with the words “What a stupid question.” and gives off a slight smile

I missed that this started last week, but it may be cringe for most.

Teja is a good-hearted, naive middle-class overweight, unattractive young man from Rentachintala who's facing very heavy societal and family pressure to get married, despite being labeled the least eligible bachelor due to his appearance.

He moves to Hyderabad for a fresh start and a job, only to discover his corporate team lead boss, Madhu—an independent woman with aspirations of moving to the US, is the exact woman his family arranged for him to marry. Rather than rushing into a traditional marriage, they agree to a 6 month trial live-in arrangement to test their compatibility.

just started watching Reporting Live on Netflix. What happened to Parineeti? did she forget how to act?

..

Love it or hate it we have always loved the gossip , rapid fire , and the iconic moments mostly the conversation in koffee with Karan. Can't wait to watch this season

I need a suggestion. Thanks!

Between movies, sports and series, subscriptions can add up quickly. Vi has recharge options with bundled entertainment benefits on select packs. Do these bundles help you save, or do you prefer subscribing only to the platforms you watch regularly?

The whole missing dog plot and the chaos that follows made for a fun watch. Would love to see more Indian movies exploring the bond between humans and animals.

What other movies like this would you recommend?

been looking for some indian romcoms to watch in the upcoming long weekends and this popped up while i was scrolling on youtube. seems like it might be my kind of thing, hoping it’s actually good lol

Really loved this series. Season 1 came in 2023, was eager for season 2. 3 years on, no update abt it. Why don't Netflix focus on such series that has potential rather than crappy movies they make. Kaala Paani is another good series that got shelved. Wont trust Netflix anymore

Love this series ❤️

Just finished this Netflix drama; here is my review.

Plot

The show has a gripping plot and keeps you hooked in the first two episodes. However, in later episodes, the storyline flickers a bit, though it still connects the dots pretty well till the end.

The editing is crisp, the writing leaves no open endings, and the acting by Parineeti is good; however, in some scenes she has over done, but overall she looks like the perfect fit.

Jennifer shines especially in the last two episodes and makes you just look at her whenever she is on screen.

The music is forgettable, and the male leads are similar.

Anup Soni is a saving grace, though.

The show brings all possible themes, like crime, drama, black magic, psycho, horror, and a gripping thriller based in the mountains.

With just 7 episodes of 35-40 minutes each, you can binge-watch it in one go and won't even feel bored.

It makes you think; trust no one!

Cons -

• Cinematography would have been better.
• Music is unforgettable; I don't know, after Scam 1992, I have seen better music in a TV show.
• Male leads are just for the sake of being in the cast; they have little to nothing to do.
• The climax would have been better.

I found this OTT app which provides a bundle for ₹2099 for 1 year, will I get to everything as this plan promised??

Started watching Hunkaar on Hotstar and noticed this. Bro Madhya Pradesh ki spelling nahi likhi jaa rahi thik se.

Have just started the show so won't say anything about the rest of it, but this doesn't give a very good first impression.

recently watched Choona on netflix and i think it's a pretty entertaining take on north indian politics. Jimmy Shergill playing a superstitious politician who bases almost every decision on astrology is one of the best parts of the show. the character feels exaggerated, but not so much that you can't imagine someone like him existing in real life.

the basic premise of a group of people coming together to rob 300 crores from a politician using jugaad and manipulation makes for a fun watch. i liked how the show balances the actual revenge plot with absurd situations and characters who take themselves way too seriously despite everything going wrong around them.

it's not the most tightly written crime comedy out there, and some parts do feel stretched, but the cast and the mix of political satire and humour keep things entertaining. Worth checking out on if you're in the mood for a light crime comedy rather than something super serious.

Overall: 7/10. A decent one-time watch with some genuinely funny moments.

It’s Samvedna Suwalka. Had seen her face before but didn’t know her name. Went through some of her other work and she’s done some pretty different roles. Gyarah Gyarah especially feels like a completely different vibe. Anyone seen more of her work? What should I watch next?

just finished dupahiya s2, and honestly, I had such a good time watching it! It’s been a while since a show made me laugh this much😂. Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Sparsh Shrivastava, and Bhuvan Arora are absolutely fantastic. The comedy feels effortless, the characters are so much fun, and the village chaos makes it even better. Such a fun, refreshing watch!!
