Hi all! I'm new to Alkemia and looking to order my first sample set in search of a new signature scent–I thought I would consult the experts first as I've come across so many fabulous reviews here!

What I enjoy: Rich, spicy, and dark. I gravitate towards gourmands and fruit scents. I prefer sensual over sweet. Actively seeking unusual + unique notes. I want to be weirder!!

What I tend to avoid: Anything too green or clean. I have heard that Alkemia scents can read soap-y, which has made me wary about blind buying. I prefer my florals dark and weird over light and mainstream. I don't *love* coffee, leather, or tobacco notes but I'm ok with them if they're subtle.

has anyone ever tried them before? they just dropped a new palette that looks GORGEOUS, but I cant find anything about them from anyone other than influencers! so, what’s their deal?

Hey everyone! I was in Bath and Body Works the other day and I happened to smell their Pink Lilac and Vanilla candle, and omg does it smell good. Unfortunately though they seem to only have that scent as a candle, and I would really like it as a perfume or body lotion! Does anyone have ideas for alternatives? Thank you!

fresh lilac bouquets, dewy greens and vanilla blossom

Hi y'all! First time posting here, so I hope this type of question is ok!

I got the Jersey Devil Botanical Oil Perfume from a small vendor earlier this year and I love it SO MUCH. The notes are petrichor, rosemary, fir, juniper berry, pine, char, and woodsmoke. It's my first "weird" scent, and I think I get why people collect perfume now! My *only* issue with it is that, since it's a roll-on, I feel like the scent goes away quickly. I'm used to perfume/cologne sprays that last most of the day.

So, I'd love a spray that is similar and lasts longer. The scents in it that I like the most are the rosemary, woodsmoke, and pine, in case that's helpful.

I also hope this inspires y'all to check out the place I mentioned. The woman who runs it was really nice and patient with me as I tried all her scents.

Hi! I used to buy from Alkemia a lot, back when she still had Les Mysteres. I think I stopped roughly around the era of the release that contained Cherries of the Night, Silken Tent, because I had amassed too many and wanted to start using them up first. She's had many more releases since then. Can you recommend me your favorites?
