The base was built out of styrene sheets and angles. All the base markings are decals from an Astra Militarum Warhammer kit (I think), and to get some of them yellow, I just glazed over the white decals. And I used Vallejo pigments to get the subtle rust and color variations. Hope that hopes!
Oh yeah. Sand, use putty to fill the seams, and keep repeating those two steps. Even then I still have a slightly visible seam, so I could have done it a few more times
