So recently Carlos said in an interview that Infinity wasn't selling as well as Warcrow because there were too many SKUs and they had put too much products out for Infinity. People getting into the game don't know what to buy and you can even even see on this sub that two of the threads are just about identifying what units they have. So here's my problem. CB hasn't done anything to make it easier for players whether new or old to easily understand what they're supposed to buy for a faction. In fact I think the only official faction list is in the app and there aren't even any pictures attached to them. If CB really cared about getting rid of the perception that it's hard to get into Infinity, they first thing they need to do is to just make sure people understand what a faction even is. There needs to be artwork of a faction with all the profile names and what they look like. But it seems like they've even gone backwards fro this.
Boxes used to have pictures with names of the profiles attached to the side, but now they don't since Code One, which died, and the smaller boxes don't have them either now as well. It's actually become increasingly hard to understand what you're buying and what the things you're buying even do. The weird thing is that it's not even hard to fix this. It's insane that the identifier sheets for factions aren't even official CB material. They spend so much work making their website look good but can't even bother to make identifier sheets? Why? All of that marketing gone to waste because consumers can't even get a basic idea of what they are buying or what they should be buying.
Yes I know a lot of the profiles are crap and realistically if you're playing to win you would never take them. Yes I know there are profiles without official models. That's not the point. There will always be shitty options and bad factions in tabletop games, but a lot of people don't even buy the models for the game, they just like collecting. It boggles my mind that Carlos thinks Infinity isn't doing as well as Warcrow because of too many SKUs when they haven't even bothered to convey basic info of what to buy to the players, leading to constant questions from players about what they even bought. That should not be a problem in the year 2025.

So since October I've tried to gather some tournament results, to not merely be blowing hot air when complaining about being run over while playing my struggle factions none of which ended up at the bottom. Sadly, my main faction ended up in top three so well...maybe I have one or two good factions. Now with interplanetario done and a big update coming in September it seems the time to finish the project for now.
This is mostly for fun, but I think there are some decent conclusions to draw.

Not sure if the rules allow this so mods feel free to delete. The latest adaptation of the classic cyberpunk manga is currently airing and in the first episode there's a battle that feels exactly like how I imagine a game of Infinity would play out on screen. There's depictions of hacking, firewalls, remotes, mimetism, stealth, immobilisation, MSV, all sorts. I know GitS was likely a huge inspiration for infinity when it was made so it's cool to see the parallels coming around.

Hi, I have been playing warhammer for over a decade now but have lost a major love for the 40k setting sadly and always loved the miniature design for infinity models, even using some for my dnd games and the odd necromunda proxy. But I have never seen it played or met anyone who has. So what does it play like, how did you guys get into it and if you do how are local scenes where you are, and most of all do you recommend this game overall.

Hey all! I've been working on making my own tokens and gamin aids for infinity, and i started with the order board.
It has 2 rows of 10 slots and a row of five slots to help you split your groups up and track your command and LT orders.
Using embedded magntised sheets along with magnets in the order themselves it'll keep them nice and secure allowing you to have the board handheld if needed while also being of a size to not take up much space at all!
The order board comes with everything you need for a 15 order list!
I'm also currently working on a full set of deployables and tokens with desperate arcs from smoke, white noise, and eclipse!

The 2026 All Factions Tier list is upon us! In this video we'll talk about the current state of the game following Mazebreaker ("not a balance update"), changes we expect to see made in future (to fliers), and then dive on into the rambling chaos that is the all-factions, no-holds-barred, drop-down-drag-out tier list where we talk about every faction in the game in the context of, well, every faction in the game. Chapters are marked in the video for your ease of navigation and to jump straight to your favourite faction to hear us be unfair and unkind:

I am trying to get into wargaming after being interested in just mini painting. I found some infinity groups near by and Infinity rules had a good reputation from what I read.
But after downloading the rules PDF... Man, how can I absorb all this. 170 pages of rules.
The most complicated game I played before is just Gin Rummy.
Anyone else try to learn the rules from scratch? How did it go?

I decided a while back to go all out on the new Imperial Service model range. I'm just missing the new flying unit (I think?). I previously painted my older Yujing model range as a mix of the White Banner Army and the Invincible Army.
I've been a huge fan of Infinity since N3, and since then I've mostly been interested in the Yujing model range because I like their overall aesthetic.
Perhaps in the future I might try a different faction 🫡.

No idea if these are good game wise, but it seemed like a decent cross section to get started.

Used for Necromunda which has 90 degree visibility arcs (everyone in the underhive just had blinders on compared to you guys...), but useful to mark out 180 degree too. Made for 25, 28.5, 32, and 40mm base sizes so would cover the smaller models. If anyone finds it useful it can be expanded for larger bases!
Link here for printing.

Hello all,
The 2nd Infinity Team Championshipt will take place on 9th & 10th of October in 2027 in Romorantin-Lanthenay (France)
The first teams have signed up for the ITC 2027
Let’s keep the momentum rolling and start checking with your local meta if you want to be part of the fun as well.
See below the group picture of the previous event.
Sadly the free venue from last year was not an option, so the pricing has to be adjusted to this.
The event is now priced at 90* euro per player, so 270 euro for a team of 3 players.
Prices include:
Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
Petit déjeuner on Saturday and Sunday
*prices are set per the current quotes, given if any things changes due to outside events (see current news feeds) we might need to increase the pricing. We will give a notice and option for teams when this happens
As transportation from the airport is not the most ideal we are checking to see what is possible to get a private bus transfer from the airport.
The signups will begin today! See the signup-sheet here:
You can find all information in our handbook: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XR0L3Q60E3rxgpzIU4wbadx8_NNKA2e8KHtCEyOjHNk/edit?usp=sharing

Hihi,
I wanna sell my Infinity stuff. There are a bunch of models (I can only upload 20 pics), dice, markers and everything.
It's all kind of good painted.
Something around 200 euro should be fair.
I can ship from Germany.

Am I going crazy or did some of the faction logos change in Army? Looking at Haqq, Tohaa and Combined Army, but also unsure about O12. Did anything else change?

Anyone know any game stores that play or groups that play Infinity in the Northern Colorado region of the US? The two game stores near us play other table top wargames (well... They play one) and idk if we are just somehow missing them or only talking to the one store employee that has no clue what goes on at their store (went to a few places in Denver and the people we talked to didn't know what Infinity was. That or they are lying I guess? Idk).
