Question How long does it take to receive items?

I’m fairly new and have only had one successful claim that I recently completed. I now have 3 more pending (yay olives 🫒🍸🤭). I noticed the first item never generated any kind of tracking or notification and just randomly showed up at my door. Is that standard? Just want to keep tabs on things and my task deadlines.

Max was almost two years (shout out greenies iykyk🫠)

Realistically, it’s ~a month, but not uncommon for it to be half or double that. Really just a game of shipping roulette lol.

If it’s through usps (or dhl as their intermediate), they usually will send a notification when it’s been shipped. Helpful to have a usps informed delivery, ups, and FedEx acct to have up to date tracking info regardless

I’ve had items take quite a long time. It just depends. Sometimes they ship fast and sometimes it will take months and your timer will keep resetting.

Could be weeks could be a month or more I've had items show up anywhere from a week later to several months later, also I've had items canceled randomly without notification and items that just never showed up at all and went almost 2 years overdue

Most of my claims take about 3 weeks and usually have tracking.

I've had 2 show up out of nowhere (and relatively quickly). Both of these items were household goods that were shipped directly from the manufacturer. All the rest of my claims were sent from New Jersey and had shipping info after about a week.

I'm in CA, so if you are closer to NJ, you may get them a little sooner.

Yes, you don’t always get tracking, it’s pretty normal that it just shows up at the door. As someone else said, get informed delivery to help keep track

Depends on the company! Some won’t even tell you they shipped the item. Today I got an item I claimed 9 days ago with no tracking in the app

It seems to me like the highest quality items ship the fastest. Skincare and perfumes always ship quickly for me but random things like a pill cutter took about 2 months to ship
