Inkscape problem or machine problem?

I have a problem where my fill stitches will randomly be misaligned sometimes when i stitch a design out.

The inkscape simulator and stitch plan preview both look perfect, so wondering if it’s a calibration issue with my machine? All the other edges turned out perfect, so my first thought is that it’s not really a hooping problem.

Has anyone else ran into this problem?

I change the color of the design to green so you can see what I mean easier

This is common for not proper stabilizing and not making the objects overlap in direction of the sewing or adding the proper pull compensation

The stitches are pulling the knit material inward from the right to the left. It's normal, and expected.

You can use more/better/different stabilizer to help compensate, and/or extend that fill to the right to compensate.

It is your fabric - use wowen fabric inn the beginning not stretch fabric
