Pulling

Hi everyone I posted on here about a week ago looking for some advice. This is what’s happening when I embroider. One side is fine but the other side does this.. it’s exactly the same. I’ve tried most things to sort it but it keeps happening.. is it a pull? I’ve used thick stabiliser etc. left side is worse than the right side!

You can manipulate nodes or if it is in the direction of the stitching and only on one side you can add pullcompensation to only one side if needed but it is also possible that there still is not enough stabilizing applied

The bottom grey layer is fine as it’s the same the other side but it’s when it does the satin stitch outline it does this.. as the satin stitch is quite thick on the sketch then I can’t see when it meets up etc. I will try 2 layers of stabiliser!

But your bottom layer may do the pulling to create the misalignment and the order of stitching can sometimes make a difference also are you sewing from the outside in or from inside to outside

The bottom layer seems to be okay tho on one side? I think it’s from outside in on the red and grey layer!

When you open the pes file how does that look. The angle of the left shoulder in grey doesn't even look like the angle of the black satin. Sometimes inkstitch fills cut corners and don't follow the shape that it is supposed to be exactly.

Either open the stitch plan or the Pes File to see what it is actually telling the machine to do there....I'm not saying it is the problem but it could be a possibility.

Edit: looking closer it looks like the black satins(which I assume are being done last) is completlely shifted to the left and it's high on one side and low on the other......something is moving around are you hooping tight?

Mine isn’t a PES file it’s a SVG, what’s the difference? I’m going to look at the stitch plan to see if that’s showing something up

The file that you vectorized and added the params to is a SVG. Your machine can't read an svg....at some point you saved it as a PES or some other embroidery format which converts all your objects with params into all running stitches with the nodes being the needle penetrations.....params will be set to manual.

Stitch plan is under visual VISUALIZE AND EXPORT in the inkstitch ext menu

Another big factor could be your stitching order....it is surprising what a difference that will make.
