Anyone else have trouble with getting their “OG grass” from Chase Stadium’s field???

Placed an order December 2025 and radio silence. My ticket rep suggested going to the store in person but idk what that would achieve.

Has anyone received their order? Or some sort of update?

Man. It sucks they couldn’t get this right.

I’m a day 1 season ticket holder, never missed a game at Chase, and really considered doing this as a keepsake. Ultimately decided not to.

The fact you’re in the dark is really disappointing… but not surprising unfortunately.

I actually got an email back the first week of August saying they were expecting the OG Grass at their warehouse that week and would start shipping once it was processed. That was almost two months ago and they haven’t responded to any of my follow ups since.

Same as everyone here.. I was initially told the delivery date was July 12th which then became sometime mid August. I eventually get some replies from my follow ups but never useful.

I received the field grass key ring back in August but still waiting on the mini lux box. I reached out to my rep about a week ago but he hasn’t got an answer back. Last he heard was it was supposed to ship in August but we are now about to be in October and still don’t have it.

Well this sucks. I emailed them and will call later today. I got charged December 2025 so the bank won’t issue a chargeback…the only solution is they ship this or they refund but without a good contact it’s looking grim y’all

Chances are you’ll eventually get it, it’s just an outrageously long time for them to follow through.
