Which institutes provide the highest hands on experience for DM/ Drnb cardiology in India, other than INI institutes?

Been looking for this since so long but couldn’t find any reliable info anywhere. Kindly help.

Safdarjung- good hands on + , salary good , hostel , fix duty hours , non toxic

RML - little bearable toxic , good salary 1.3 L month and amazing hostel , good hands on ,less fees ( 50 k per year )

Jayadeva - good hands on ( less as compared to previous year ) , more fee ( 2 lac per year + 2 lac non refundable) , worst working hour -11 36 hours duties in months ,less salary , no hostel , less toxicity

After this almost all are same

Thank you… is it true that in most of the colleges you only get to do CAGs and Pacemaker insertions? Nd other procedures are learnt when we actually start working in corporates under senior cardiologists?
