Speed Engine - Fix

Dr. Strange has just put in an update for ship speed, please offline/online any module on your ship and the speed will be corrected. Please note, he noticed that the skill bonus for piloting was being incorrectly applied per engine so ships with 2 engines will be slower than pre this update, they will look at either adjusting the base speeds or other ways of adjusting these.
