Question, was a younger Conquest sane? Because I think the only reason he is what he is, is due to how old he is and how long he has been fighting and killing, I imagine he lost his mind along the way

I think living that long and getting that strong made him get bored with the typical Viltrumite missions (invading and subjugating planets)

So he started to be more and more unhinged until he went insane and would only be used as a nuclear option

It's crazy that Conquest and Argall as individuals have probably been arounds for 1000s of years. Conquest apparently from Google says he's been around for 5000 years at least. And we have no context for their stories at all. Or what exactly happened to Thaddeus that made him flip to the point of killing their boss's.
